Click on purchase now link.
Google is charging $50 for single candidate.
They will provide you a voucher code.
Use this code while login to http://google.starttest.com/
Once you are through with the test, google will provide you a link which will show the test result.
You can use this link on your website, your signature, your blog to show and to gain trust.

@David: You need to make purchase to have voucher code.
If you are planning to make multiple buying then google will issue voucher codes that can be used once by each individual taking the test.
